The hotel offered free tuk-tuk transport to a beach that was crowded but great for a refreshing swim. The staff was helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable. The pool area was a nice place to relax after a long day.
The WiFi was unreliable and kept cutting out. The location was a bit isolated, and it took a while to get to some of the main areas from the hotel.

Peaceful neighborhood. Close proximity to the beach. Beautiful and verdant pool area. Spacious and bright villa with terrace. Nice street restaurants nearby. Free tuk tuk service to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient transportation options

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but it takes a while to get to the beach or main street. the pool is small but enjoyable after a long day. the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the room is spacious and has good air conditioning. basic toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner are not provided, and there are dead bugs in the pool.

The room was spacious and had a charming terrace that helped us to enjoy our romantic getaway. We had a lovely breakfast that was quite enjoyable, and the staff was accommodating and friendly.
The pool was old, and the water had broken tiles that posed a risk of hurting feet and hands. it was quite noisy as the market's close proximity had loud shows every night.

The hotel was located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet it was not far from the Jomtien beach, which was great because we didn't want to be too close to the very crowded beach with somewhat polluted water. The hotel provided a free tuk-tuk ride to the beach road, and we also found it easy to go back and forth to the beach by walking. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the lovely pool area, which we enjoyed a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious.
Everything was fantastic!
